Yes this is really getting us somewhere. Thing is, no one has ever really proved that physical diversity (aka genetic racial diversity) is any kind of benefit to the success of a group in business. Somebody stating it doesn't make it true. Think about it. A room full of north American whites will represent a HUGE diversity of thought, interests, backgrounds, knowledge, politics, temperment and genetic history. You walk in there and say, "you really need a black person in here" It just sounds juvenile, envious and the only racist in the room is the one who claims that there's too much white.
Knowing this, we know the author of the TC article is the racist and that can easily be uncovered, if not blatantly obvious.
You want problems solved and amazing things created within a small or large group, toss out expectations that melanin and skull shape or the bridge of the nose will matter.
If anyone wants to argue physical characteristics, there's really no race with more diverse feature and backgrounds than Caucasian. All the hair colors, skin pigment ranges, eye color. Caucasian's are the most diverse race on the planet.
