It's emulating Emacs keybindings, where Ctrl-W is cut.

Other than that, it doesn't seem to handle closing parantheses like paredit. When you type ')' it should move you to the end of the list, but this seems to just add the extra paren (or maybe that's a bug with Firefox/Ubuntu).
