I guess what I meant was that you are emphasizing that the old-style format is what is the problem here, and that it hasn't been the default for three years now, but the headline makes the scope sound much worse. So saying 1Password as a whole suffers from this flaw is pretty misleading. I agree it's an issue that you weren't warned about the need to migrate to the new format.
