If I have an account and am taking a test that I've created, you should provide a link back to the dashboard after I've submitted so I can check how I did. Currently, I'm taken to the the "enter a password" screen and have to manually go back to the homepage and then to the dashboard.

That's because the recruiter and the candidate are supposed to be two different people, so the candidate doesn't have the access to the 'dashboard'.

You should run a programming competition using this software.

You might want to lock down functions like glob() and readfile() in PHP -- they effectively give the coder read access to your file system.
