Maybe not. The gov. seems to handle the countryside extremly bad here in [name-redacted]. Depopulation might lead to those prices, cheaper than the building materials in some areas. People are forced, in a way, to leave for the cities.

Thats also 500km north of where I live in [name-redacted], I did a one minute search and here you have a 18k house in the heart of the High Coast
