Briefly, it's a fully integrated 'MIS' (it's similar at least so that other techies/tech management understand what I mean) aimed entirely at patients and allowing them to better manage their own care, will be freely hosted and open source.

So far I've gotten a bunch of people and friends from various industries on-board (though I'm still the only developer, it kinda snowballed) but I've never done anything like this and (nosying around) it appears you have.
