Dev here. So surprised to hear my cat purring a lot this morning, and then realised it was featured on HN today! :) To celebrate this, the Cat Purr IAP on myNoise's iOS App has been set to Tier 0, so you can all enjoy the same sound on your iOS device for free as well! Hi there! Just wanted to say this would be amazing if you added in-time vibration.

Seconded

Android app in the works?

Yes, in the works. Maybe its dev will show up here little later today...

Is there somewhere I can subscribe to find out when the Android app is released, as I'll buy it day one, your stuff has been a life saver working in noisy environments.

I bet if you sign up to support the dev on Patreon you'll know all the news that's fit to print. There's also a dev blog, if you can't be as generous.

To me the dev seems really with-it, I doubt they'll announce it with a figurative chorus of silver trumpets across the inter-verse.

Hi, if you could change the jquery Google CDN(which is blocked in China) to fallback to locally hosted, guys in China could access your website without a vpn. Try something like fallback.io

Cool! I've hacked an audio mixer Flash AIR app, APK'd for Android, but I know there's a Java way to do it. Look forward to it!

I would love to try this on Android. Hope it comes out soon.

OP here. I'm so glad I found your lovely app and site. And even gladder it's so well received.

I was looking into the therapeutic uses of cat purr for a while. Sure, there's nine hours of cat purr loops on youtube, but I thought someone might have tackled synthesis of it. Blam!

Hey I love your app by the way.

The code is open source? or do you plan to write about how to generate that noise?
