One technique that bothers me quite a bit is constant random changes in class names or DOM structure, which can make it more difficult. Not impossible but more difficult.
2. Segfaults for me
I'll be using mysqldump for now...but doing a flush+lock+copy the innodbdata file(s) seems like it would be much, much faster.
Please allow me to G+ connect or facebook connect, b/c I don't want to have yet another password to remember, and I'd like to (maybe?) share some activity on Cinc with my FB peeps.
Just a thought.
You can't change your retina so easily.
Temporarily, yes, and it often comes with the burden of providing for the migrant for the rest of their life.
the most effective way to end poverty long-term is to create conditions in which populations of impoverished nations fix their own problems on their own soil "over there".
An article from you and your team about what to do/not to do during the migration and on the road ahead could be good PR and mutually beneficial to all parties involved.
Hope you publish something when you can!
Can't wait to give it a shot!
I hope this opens some doors...
Is it the change in the English language over time?
The types of things that were on the list, compared to what's considered normal today?
Is it the fact that it just shows the month + year, vs YYYY-MM-DD-HH-mm-SS.XXTZ like we must have now?
Is it the idea of what appeared to be a letter that might have been posted via mail to some other place in advance of the courier which would retrieve the goods requested?

My point is that there are a number of reasons why this could have been posted here on HN, but no indication of any of those was given.
So I was wondering.
Sheesh.
You mean we don't naturally end up with 1% of the people having 99% of the dollars??
Who throws money away on these things??
app/services/signup
app/services/signin
app/services/newsletter_subscribe
app/services/create_report
...etc
In larger Rails projects I've been on, we often start with a monolith but then break it into different services to scale out.Starting with different services at the beginning may cause some other problems: what if the boundaries between services was wrong?
Make sure you've got something on your github.
If you find a bug, a typo, a missing test, submit a patch if you can.
If you have an idea, open an issue for the project.
Just getting involved on a small thing here and there opens doors you may not even be aware of.
Take this time to contribute what you can.
