In my opinion it's pretty clear dr. Amen was really only there to push a book. He was never really interested in having a real discussion anyway, hes just shilling. If you're going to be pushing a diagnostic method and supplements to solve issues without any proof whatsoever that's a problem. No one should be making statements about the efficacy of a technique without evidence. The fact that he got defensive about it speaks volumes about his character and what he hopes to get away with.
Probably tastes better than this stuff. My mother is super into mushroom foraging and made some for me with garlic and some herbal salt and while I don't think it tastes quite like chicken, it's definitely pretty damn good.
Well pretty much any car before 2005 came with manuals and have large aftermarket support assuming it's not something mega niche. If you want control of the engine and you want to wire literally everything yourself check out speeduino and learn how an ICE works. I run my old Corvette with it.
