The idea is that you make your board and save the link, share with friends and then compare it to what actually happens on the event.

You're mostly right, the article is focused on a specific target, it doesn not apply to the majority of people. I might say that the article is futuristic in the fact that it can apply to a lot more people than it does right now yet a lot has to change for that.
It will require a redistribution of wealth, even a different economic model (I personally go for: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3Z2cXK5mhc)
But a lot of people are in a position to make the jump and set their own rules. This article is for them.
Samuel you're right in most of your reasoning. But most companies now have a policy of supporting the 2 latest previous versions. For example Facebook already announced they'll be dropping support for IE8. Google I think will do so as well.
So right now IE8 and Android browsers are bigger nightmares, I know that, but I think on a longer term, when IE8 and Android Browser are irrelevant (they're starting to be already) Safari Mobile might be the one that gives us headaches.
I would suggest you go to a lawyer as well, I know how hard it is for us Venezuelans out there. I had a PayPal block once as well and managed to solve, it takes time and a lot of documentation, however it was not even close to the ammount you're mentioning here.
There are alternatives like creating your own company and giving the info of your company to PayPal, that way everything will be as legal as they might need.
Let me know how it goes, best of luck bro
