Yes it is dependent on the programming mind in question..my asusmption is that programming minds are similar and would react similarly to the same stimuli!!

I agree that getting into the right frame of find is important..what I am trying to do is trying to find ways to get my brain into the right frame

well it seems like social isolation works sometimes and sometimes you need people around you...i am going to try cafes from next week....although the problem is not many places are open all night....thanks for the response..:)

agreed...programming when tired is very unproductive...headphones is a good idea too!!...to not forget where you left off I try to write down a small note to my future self in the last git commit!!
