trust_bt_verify··on Tesla recalls all cybertrucks for faulty accelerator pedals
When I do a simple search for ‘Tesla recall’ in my favorite search engine I get a bunch of results for the recent Tesla recalls. Many of the headlines call out the reasons, I see no persecution of Tesla in the way you describe. There is an easy way for Tesla to avoid all of this though, and it’s to design their vehicles better in the first place.

Looks like the media cares about facts and the fact is, Tesla has had _another_ recall. Tesla is slipping and there seems to be some who are more sensitive to that being discussed than others.

At least the fanboys seem ok with using the word ‘recall’ this time!

Bespoke manufacturing and machining is where this kind of change would be introduced. Not in a flushed out design being produced on a line. It becomes an expensive mistake when these types of decisions are made this late in the process. Seems like they rushed the design in a number of places.

And you are trying to make this thread into some win for yourself that it is not. My original point was that life is a common goal of all humans on this planet, for life to continue, you need health. The services to keep people healthy should be provided to all citizens of modern societies at a cost that is spread out across all citizens equitably. That is a point you have yet to address.

Please take the win you did achieve, you identified a dietitian is the right person to talk to about your diet, bravo.

Well that is quite the charmed perspective on life you have, a specialist for every question available when needed. Many don't have the access you do and a yearly chat with their primary care doctor goes a long way for their health.
trust_bt_verify··on Hospitals that make profits should pay taxes
You are really extrapolating on what you think my expectations are. I never said everyone is entitled to a 3 hour conversation with a surgeon about the benefits of organic foods on their diets. Do you not discuss your lifestyle choices with your doctor at your yearly physical? That is as far as my expectations went for my previous comment and I believe that should be provided to every citizen of a modern society.

What are they demanding that you are not? Everyone wants to be healthy and they want a medical system which helps them get there. If partying is a problem, they should be able to talk to a doctor about it, and it should be paid for as a part of the services provided by society.

trust_bt_verify··on Biden administration to forgive $5.8B student debt for 78,000 borrowers
Your final point feels poorly researched. I believe this administration has consistently focused on the student loan crisis outside of election years also.

trust_bt_verify··on Tesla facing another massive recall – affecting 2.2 million vehicles
Seems like recall is the best option given it is what Tesla is calling it.

My Volvo regularly gets updates OTA, if they are a ‘regular’ enough manufacturer for your definition.

trust_bt_verify··on Y Combinator CEO Garry Tan's online rant spurs threats to supes, police reports
It would be good to have some actual analysis of how this is relevant to the topic rather than throwing out more character assassination of a victim. Victims can be bad people too but that is not relevant as calls for death are always unacceptable, no matter the victim.
trust_bt_verify··on Y Combinator CEO Garry Tan's online rant spurs threats to supes, police reports
Didn’t see any death threats listed, is this relevant?

Those are not mutually exclusive in my experience.

Do not worry as that is not what I meant by flair, I would never suggest that you look cool. Especially after ragging on the good people of Ghana.

The article was the source for the top countries and overall percentage I used in my statement. It’s fine if you would like to make unsubstantiated claims but I felt it was better to provide a source for my claim.

Is Ghana a western democracy or did you just toss them in for some extra bias/flair? Maybe you just had trouble staying on track with the thread which was about televangelists and didn’t mention male genitalia at all.

trust_bt_verify··on Colorado pastor charged for cryptocurrency scam he perpetrated at God's command
I made no statement or determination on whether the practice was right or wrong or why it may be done. I only refuted the statement that it was only seen in the US and Africa. Your positions on the genitalia of American men sound very well thought out and I encourage you to pursue that further!
trust_bt_verify··on Colorado pastor charged for cryptocurrency scam he perpetrated at God's command
Kinda a naive statement. Around 1/3 of males in the world are circumcised with highest rates in the US, Middle East, and South Korea.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_Kyiv_convoy

But I guess you are right on one point, Russia knew how weak their armed forces are and doubted themselves so heavily they never said it out loud. It was just the rest of the world that finally saw what a paper tiger Putin's forces are. This really doesn't help your argument that they are in the running to be a world power one day.

trust_bt_verify··on OpenAI is working with the US military now
No, they set out to take the Kiev in 3 days. They never got close. It was a spectacular failure based on the power imbalance between the two countries.
