trilogic··on Yt-dlp: Upcoming new requirements for YouTube downloads
>And how do you watch content on dailymotion and vimeo when the content creators only post them on YouTube? I just don´t watch it. My time is too precious to loose it in ads and nonsense policy.
trilogic··on Yt-dlp: Upcoming new requirements for YouTube downloads
Dailymotion, Vimeo etc. No ads, no bs it feels like freedom again. And if they change others will replace them.
trilogic··on Product Hunt is dead
Well well downvoted again, I am laughing it out :))

>What's this in reference to...? To me personally and many others stating the facts in different forums how their account got closed when they got popular. People wont let it go so easy, they worked hard. You either don´t accept an account since the beginning or once accepted can´t be closed later because becoming popular, nonsense. I know this will be downvoted and sent to the bottom as always but Producthunt, Google, Youtube are history (the new blockbuster). I will never use them again personally (even if they pay me), and so are doing all the others.

trilogic··on Product Hunt is dead
I am wondering why?

OFC when you clearly kick out every successful developer keeping strictly narratived ones... Lately non one cares how powerful you are, you be with progress or be history.

trilogic··on Processing Strings 109x Faster Than Nvidia on H100
Impressive work anti diagonal DP on CUDA, clean MCUPS framing, and the multi language shipping is legit. The “109× faster than NVIDIA on H100” line is accurate for your chosen case (cuDF/nvtext, long strings), but it’s not a blanket “faster than NVIDIA,” and readers will assume that tighten the scope. Bio results are a good baseline, not SOTA; Hopper’s DPX and WFA style tiling/bucketing would likely move you a tier up. Hashing and 52 bit MinHash are clever, but you need full SMHasher reports and retrieval quality metrics, not just entropy/collisions. Publish exact versions, params, and end to end timings (I/O + marshaling), plus short string vs long string batches. If you add those and rename the headline to reflect the setup, the claims will be hard to poke holes in.
trilogic··on Yt-dlp: Upcoming new requirements for YouTube downloads
No requirements for me. I don´t use YT at all :) There are plenty of better alternatives.
trilogic··on Nine things I learned in ninety years
Read the article and Was looking for the why, ofc that was to bold of me.
trilogic··on EU Chat Control: Germany's position has been reverted to undecided
But it is available for use. Corruption is not a fantasy but a reality. Usually who reach the top on political scale have seen it all, I mean all. Being polite to describe this reality use cases, (inside trading, political targeting, discrimination, monopoly etc). Who would know, who can stop it, who would dare!

What are the protection mechanisms? Are we suppose to hope that the untouchable/s is 100% honest?

It feels uncomfortable to say the least.

trilogic··on YouTube addresses lower view counts which seem to be caused by ad blockers
YouTube is history, last time I used it was covid time. Blame AI if you want but time don´t stop for anything. That´s it and that´s all.
trilogic··on GPT-5-Codex
Jeez -2! No sense of humor left, my comment was sent to the very end. That´s sad and says a lot. Is it because I forgot to mention Grok, that you are pissed :)) It is a joke for god sake, laugh it while you still can. What a narrative damn.
trilogic··on Decentralized YouTube alternative adds livestream scheduling in new release
Here is one of them: https://www.businessinsider.com/were-entering-a-new-era-of-y...

Do your own research if you want to know more.

trilogic··on Decentralized YouTube alternative adds livestream scheduling in new release
That is simply your outdated opinion. By facts it is a better alternative as I just created an account and I see it as a better option. The joy in my words is enough to tell you how good I feel about it. Youtube is history for me and many others, your opinion will not change that.
trilogic··on Decentralized YouTube alternative adds livestream scheduling in new release
They already did, users are leaving in masses, AI content is dominating youtube to cover losses, youtube is the new blockbuster:)
trilogic··on Decentralized YouTube alternative adds livestream scheduling in new release
Great initiative thank you, it was time to have a better platform. Just created an account with 500gb free and no bullshit. Youtube deleted my account because simply I was showing HugstonOne to the world and that is a violation of their privacy. All I hear from Youtube users is frustration and all are leaving in anger. Personally I don´t like tyranny and will never go back to youtube-google-producthunt... There are plenty of pleasant alternatives. Here my new channel: https://clip.place/w/inRMaEHjNeLvBLAS9Yas89
trilogic··on Docker Considered Harmful (2025)
Docker is like infecting your pc on purpose, running whatever in slowmotion. Do the math!
trilogic··on Grok $0.05 per request, guidelines violation fee
That make sense but... It establishes a new precedent by imposing new standards on users which may be misused in the future. Policy is private and very difficult to define, it may be interpreted by gusto/convenience.

This can only be good for our business, HugstonOne will get more users, like exponentially fast :)

trilogic··on Grok $0.05 per request, guidelines violation fee
That´s one way of collecting tax LOL, but we can´t blame Elon for everything. Maybe is some team leader that feels very powerful, so much that, it thinks it can apply this cheat under radar.
trilogic··on Grok $0.05 per request, guidelines violation fee
What can one say abut it:

Usage Guidelines Violation Fee A rare occurrence for most users, when your request is deemed to be in violation of our usage guideline by our system, we will charge a $0.05 per request usage guidelines violation fee.

trilogic··on Eternal Struggle
Simply amazing.
trilogic··on [dead]
Can anyone confirm this purchase, is it possible to import and taxes?
trilogic··on Are OpenAI and Anthropic losing money on inference?
The global cost of inference in both Openai and Anthropic it exceed training cost for sure. The reason is simple: the inference cost grows with requests not with datasets. My math simplified by AI says: Suppose training GPT-like model costs

= $ 10,000,000 C T

=$10,000,000.

Each query costs

= $ 0.002 C I

=$0.002.

Break-even:

> 10,000,000 0.002 = 5,000,000,000

inferences N> 0.002 10,000,000

=5,000,000,000inferences

So after 5 billion queries, inference costs surpass the training cost.

Openai claims it has 100 million users x queries = I let you judge.

trilogic··on Are OpenAI and Anthropic losing money on inference?
I have to disagree. The biggest cost is still energy consumption, water and maintenance. Not to mention, to keep up with the rivals in incredibly high tempo (so offering billions like Meta recently). Then the cost of hardware that is equal to Nvidia skyrocketing shares :) No one should dare to talk about profit yet. Now is time to grab the market, invest a lot and work hard, hopping for a future profit. The equation is still work on progress.
trilogic··on AI Bubble?
Certainly it is damn difficult to monetize it. Huggingface is one of the few that did succeed with AI.
trilogic··on Apple 2016 Stand Was Never About One Case
You are right, I will do my best and work harder to write better and have a better webpage. Is that I like writing but I am not good at it even in my mother language. The most concerning factor however is what people prioritize. Same thing like when a PHD thesis (in science) got criticized for missing comas and grammar errors, while the defendant was explaining a new strain of bacteria.
trilogic··on Apple 2016 Stand Was Never About One Case
Someone will always find a reason to complain, missing the real point. That´s why the privacy is a lost battle, because some prefer to focus on makeup, not on the real point. This is so disappointing.
trilogic··on Apple 2016 Stand Was Never About One Case
Replying to: * Clicking 'Explore' on the top of the page opens a pop-under to office.com for some reason? I also clicked the text of one of your articles, and it sent me to kaspersky.com, probably another ad.

I don´t know what you talking about, all in the website works quite well (beside the ugly articles page that is a work in progress). The page is under heavy traffic and some users click HGMI (that is a hypergraph in 3d with clickable links and memory demanding). Then changing page under heavy traffic takes longer and users are still clicking the hypergraph links.

How easy you missing the point of the article which is: No matter the good will certain paths are meant to be walked. Then I offer a choice with HugstonOne App to whom may be interested. And yes, credits to legendary TIM COOK for his great contributions to society.

trilogic··on Apple 2016 Stand Was Never About One Case
Hi, the author here. I can confirm that writing is not my best skill, plenty to criticize on it. All the rest (like the content and facts) should matter though, that was the point of the article.
trilogic··on Apple 2016 Stand Was Never About One Case
How does a human reply? Maybe I am turning into a bot with all this AI around me :)
trilogic··on Apple 2016 Stand Was Never About One Case
Apple doesn´t have a good reputation regarding privacy. I have to agree though that they fight for it. It is strange that siri is obsolete, comparing company evaluation, and compared to other tech giants. Also facts show a real battle, harder than other companies. My best thoughts to TIM COOK.
trilogic··on Why I'm Now Running Enterprise AI on My Laptop (Without Internet)
You’re right: It’s not about "being perfect," but about taking responsibility for your words. That’s the skill that lasts AI or not.
