Physically separate infrastructure as well as local employees help to some extent. But it is not really sovereign cloud. There is no guarantee that employees would know if some commands are illegal. Plus parent company can fly anyone there if needed.

This also happens in China. With better ratio for renewables but still. Globally there was more energy from coal than before. Much more was from renewables but in context of climate change absolute numbers of CO2 are what matters.

EU is also reverting it's green targets because of this new situation. So near future does not look good.

I see many comments like this in here. Where is this so common? I'm not from US but I had impression that health-care while expensive, it is good. If I assume most comments come from US then it is just expensive.

I cannot imagine doctor evaluating just one possibility.
