Looks nice and clean. Good luck!
It may seem paradoxical but I did like to know at a glance where the company was located, among other reasons for the fact that it communicates the likely salary (if they're in a small city and I'm in a large one, for example).
Otherwise it looks good (if top-heavy) and it's always nice to see remote opportunities.
Anyway, whatever: http://gizmodo.com/5851062/generation-x-is-sick-of-your-bull...
Except for those SF jobs, with the whiskeys and the toys and such. I need to get one of those.
I'm thinking of business magazine forums (if any of those are still around, BW/Entrepreneur/Inc.-type publications), LinkedIn, franchise-related, etc., where brick-and-mortar business owners hang out. Or perhaps general answer boards like Quora, or similar.
Not to mention building cultural bridges...
I tracked Craigslist ads daily for all of those neighborhoods a couple of years ago when I was considering relocating, and it looked _brutal_.
(I suppose an employer or potential co-workers might be able to help, but it just seems so competitive I'm not sure what can really be done.)
But for the founders' benefit: hey Adobe, go look at their Kickstarter. Why don't you just acqui-hire these guys right now?
"Kickstarter cannot be used to fund websites or apps focused on e-commerce, business, and social networking."
It's a weird rule. This tool has business applications, no? (Also not, but still...)
More on topic, I'll bet these guys are going to have a wild and successful ride.
I think cross-platform support will be key, too (one of the consistent complaints about Pixelmator, as a semi-related example, is that there isn't a PC version available).

I'm kind of surprised that Kickstarter gets as much discussion in some circles as they do, because they seem to thumb their noses a bit at "us," or at least the "us" in software (hardware and other creative projects are in the clear, of course).
- "No self-help material (books, videos, etc). This includes projects that offer (or produce materials that offer) business, emotional, financial, health, medical, sex/seduction, or other self-help advice."
- "Kickstarter cannot be used to fund websites or apps focused on e-commerce, business, and social networking."
AFAIK they all force developers to install monitoring software, and then boast about this on their marketing pages targeting employers.
