thinkerswell··on U.S. GDP Grew at a 5.2% Rate in the Third Quarter, Even Stronger Than Indicated
In our system already the poorest pay no income tax.

If their father gives them a piece of land, now they have to “pay to own” it, what about the recipients who are barely making it?

Agreed that income tax is bad, but not just for the poor; but also land tax is bad. Tariffs or some sort of luxury sales tax would be better. Also reducing the size and scope of govt, but that’s another can of worms. In any case, it’s been nice but I’ll leave the last word to you.

Sorry meant more Deuteronomy 15 and the cancelling of debts after 7 years.

Bankruptcy screws the lender whereas a land value tax continues a tax on land which the poorest who inherit land can’t pay.

If your debt was going to be cancelled after 7 years you’d of course not make a loan longer than that.

Exactly right, if parents want to come along you’re hosed even in a Sienna. I of course understand it’s a smaller market but I’m very excited to try the first EV full sized passenger van.

It would be nice to have a riscV option that doesn’t include these.
thinkerswell··on BeagleV-Ahead open-source RISC-V single board computer
As long as the system is fully auditable and open source, I’d be happy. Having the keys be external is a big plus, assuming that is fully auditable as well. Having no “management engine” is a big plus too.

How long before we have RISC V processors powering Linux PCs with no “Secure Enclave” that has root on your system? Also playing games on it would be nice.

There are pros to it, sure. How opposed you are to the sales tax could help dictate how much you want people reminded of it.
