Really? Really?? So, a knife, shoes, an orange, a god damn flower pot - the best versions of _every_ consumer product is the one that's social? My gym is probably "social" to some people, but I prefer it empty with just me there when I work out, that is absolutely the best version of that product for me. This guy is so ridiculously out of touch with people outside his bubble.

Cool project. So do you mind actually answering the question of _why_ building another one? Just curious.
For example, processing a large CSV file and inserting new rows in a database from it has always been extremely slow using Ruby/Rails unless you basically just write raw SQL that copies from the CSV and don't do any initializations of Rails models, #create, etc. I wonder if this will improve these things at all, but my guess is that it has to do with memory usage and not the speed of Ruby?
I haven't heard a single swedish person utter this nonsense IRL. Sounds like a clickbait headline from Vice or something similar.
