I've always thought of creating a dining room where one wall would be a projected screen that would give you the illusion that your dining in a different part of the world.

It would be actually be even cooler if you could get a live stream from restaurants for their "virtual table" dining guests

Presented here is the MVP of a music video quiz game that I created. The game uses muted YouTube videos for questions.

My bday would always fall on a Monday on this calendar system and that is not fun

This is great summary of the year

I always find comfort in the following verse no matter what the problem. Nothing ever stays the same, were always in transition. Take a minute and think about it...

Ecclesiastes 3:1-6 A Time for Everything. There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under the heavens: A time to be born and a time to die, A time to plant and a time to uproot, A time to kill and a time to heal, A time to tear down and a time to build, A time to weep and a time to laugh, A time to mourn and a time to dance, A time to scatter stones and a time to gather them, A time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing, A time to search and a time to give up, A time to keep and a time to throw away,

Why not put them on Amazon's Turk site and have people vote for their favorite one, for a small sum

I totally agree and thanks for the link

true, but YC involves more than just coding. There is scouting for location, getting the right h/w and s/w, hiring people, registering the company, not to mention the weekly dinners with other YC staff, investor days, presentations, meetings, seeking advice from previous participants etc http://ycombinator.com/atyc.html

I would like to hear what advice investors and founders from established companies give to startups. As for show format, I prefer the "follow the founders/business" and watch it grow from week to week rather than the "your fired" model.

Sure I would love to. keep in mind that I'm a black woman from African and not America, but I'm sure my insights are universal...

As a black woman .... I have to agree

and why not?

Really nice post, I felt like I was re-living the week as you wrote
