The choice in terminology had me very confused on the first read.

Just because you have an easy button for homicide doesn't mean it's called for in every hostile situation. Courts agree. Try killing someone for robbing your house.
Breaking a treatment regimen to use a drug that wreaks havoc on the specific neurotransmitter the antidepressant acts on doesn't work.
There is no way to reliably control the outcome of stopping treatment and taking street drugs.
