Are there great uses of LuaJIT out there? It was such a big thing before fast JS engines IIRC.

I also remained in Raycast after playing with those and other apps. Too much works well there, for me. (I launch apps with C-1 to C-3 to be honest.. I wish I could memorize a couple more...)

Left Control did work for me? (I mean the physical Caps Lock key that is rebound to Control..)

Raycast (also does window management, dictation), Chrome, Ghostty, Karabiner..

Gave the repo to Claude and asked for an audit. Seems ok.

Quite cool, I had to run locally for it to work. Problem is I already use Raycast to set-up virtually the same thing, and use "Caps as Control" in the terminal commands (C-a, C-c...)

And yet. And yet it feels so much like early COVID, particularly with public health authorities making very complacent remarks that “it’s not that transmissible, contact tracing will work, quarantine will work”. Complacency at the start, and severity at the end, is exactly why COVID was such a fuckup.

Any kind of tech for this? Spreadsheets...?

Thats why people use shows and podcasts for falling asleep - is that bad?

Just ask your agent to fork and remove it!

Is this fair game? Looking at the details of the texture? Or wall here means "something plain, without characteristics".

How so? Compared to the mindfulness focus-on-breath that we hear about?

Got my heart warm thinking about ido-mode.

Back in the day I remember really enjoying irc inside emacs. A bunch of fun customizations there too.

What if its just bad use? I have some nice Targus model that I actually bought a second one because the zippers were opening. To my surprise, in a few weeks I got my first instance of zippers opening. Of course, I was overstuffing a bit at the top. I remembered that I had removed some guards that transform this model from more like a regular backpack to a clamshell. Maybe that is a very important feature I have to use, or the zippers will fail, when you carry a basketball there...

This worked well.

Nice first impression butI was VERY surprised that there are no Themes at all? Or maybe a config.json ? The default theme looks very dark, and I would use something like to make my life easier, not harder...

edit: also it didn't work for me - I can tap buttons but the corresponding window won't open.

edit2: after a restart it did work...

Same. Also if one created an account before that order that would be another 3 or 4 emails.

What pisses me the most is getting the same information over Whatsapp too - just a few minutes earlier!

I guess Earendil sounds a lot like Anduril - had to check and now I understand they are not defense contractors!

Just pay for credits :(

Yeah I would suggest you stick some wood on your left side of your current keyboard, for a few days to see if you can adapt... I always used that space as a resting place, so having it occupied totally broke my flow.

(If I needed a numpad I would have it standing alone.. those are easy to find)

Happy times, when that was trending...

"Volkoder - All Night Long". Thanks for the reminder - I always forget that music exists...

I wonder how much this would help https://tropes.fyi/tropes-md
