I introduced this double check for myself, and it has actually caught a few commands I was about to run.
A complete new implementation has been underway since roughly the beginning of this year. They called it v2.0 of mdl and has been under heavy development. Some of their designs is pretty nice:

With the linked announcement they just renamed the mdl project to "material-components-web", nothing more:

I just cloned their new repo and started the compiled demos. I see no difference in behavior/design of the new components compared to the old mdl but the architecture is much more modular and can easily be used in any JS framework.

It actually got smaller from the 15.3 release. However, the big-O notation does NOT specify anything about worst/avg/best-case complexity of a given algorithm. That should still be defined in the analysis.
You mixed up those two slightly different concepts.
Clicking "Simplify Page" on the google chrome printing dialog makes this a fantastic formatted PDF. I'm impressed (be it Chrome's doing or NYT's).
In a few years down the road I hope that the JS folks take a very very close look at Rule engines. These kind of errors can be easily avoided with them.
There is actually folks in the Clojurescript world using clara-rules for Browser state/rendering and it apparently works very well for them. I really wish some bigger player would push in that direction.

Since a few weeks ago Openresty also has "..._by_lua_block" directives that allow you to just write some lua straight into the config without having to escape the lua code:

You can view the FT as a method that fits exponentials. You can even generalize this idea and then you have the Prony method.

It says that they may reduce ("up to 10%") the garbage fee.
If you really have a use case where persistence & scaling is an issue you're likely not going to use any of those chat servers anyways.
