What do you mean when you say “1 to 2 std div above….”?

What is your opinion on Azure as things stand now? Do you think it is worth getting deeper into?

Mostly Enterprisey shops with Azure but working with it is not a very pleasant experience imo hence trying to look at other options

1) What OS/IDE combination do you use?

2) Is there any reason you've not switched to other languages that are most commonly found in non-windows environments?

3) How is the tooling around .NET diagnostics and memory profiling on the OS you use?
