Just call and email your target market. Honestly most of the time people don't want to do it, but that's all you have to do. And it's hard. But hammer away at it. Also approaching clients on LinkedIn. You can arrange to speak at events as well and produce great content for online marketing, but in the end, just contact people directly.

Yes I think it may only be new bike that are harder to get right now. The second hand market may be better.

Dang sorry to hear that. It's rampant in some places, where I live it's not uncommon to see thiefs brazenly using an angle grinder, in the middle of the day in a crowded place, to remove bike locks.

If you can buy and sell bikes over the next few months I think you'll make some extra money. Right now they are becoming really hard to get with orders taking 2 - 3 months where I'm based.

I always felt like I was biding my time and not in a rush. Finally something changed in me that made me realise that the time is now. It wasn't an external change in the market or in an opportunity, but just knowing that this is what I want to do and it's time.

Ah okay I see thank you. I bet there are many places using paper and excel so there will definitely be room for your product. I've been in the lending market before, we partnered with banks to do it e.g. Alior in Poland. So the business would make a payment to the employee, and you're software could track the payment and repayments? Would you want to initiate the payments too or just track them?

I still dont understand the proposition. Do you want to make loans to employees and get repayment from their salary like the link? Or provide employees with financial education? I have experience in the Polish financial services market, and worked in partnership with Polish banks, so would like to offer my view.

If the employer already has access to the employee bank account (e.g. to pay salary) then do they need your service?

Ah yes makes sense, it seems solar, then wind, would be easier to harness. I just look at the ocean and see all that potential in the waves...!

I've always wondered why we can't do more with the kinetic energy of the ocean. I know there are many projects and tidal energy companies. But considering the scale of the ocean, waves, and so on, I've always been interested to know why we haven't cracked it at a large scale.

Removed all non essential apps from my phone helped. Non essential is subjective of course, but for me meant social media (I now only use 1 platform but on my laptop), YouTube was a massive time waster for me, Reddit. Another comment said take calls away from a screen by walking around and using a headset, that's a good one too.
