sharth··on More than $215,000 stolen from Bitcoinica in Linode incident
So I've a question about situations like this. I believe that a chain of transfers can be created with bitcoin. So couldn't a blacklist be created? That would allow users to ignore illegally obtained coins?

While the footer on the why_us page now includes the TOS and Privacy links, the main page does not have that.

Also, your blog link is dead.

Also, while not logged in, if I go to the why_us page, there is a search bar available to be used at the top of the screen. However, I am unable to really interact with it in any meaningful way.

In your TOS, you refer to the privacy page as being at: http://www.Thirsty.com/t/privacy. However, that is not where it is located.

This segment of your TOS is nonsensical: "The above licenses granted by you in video Content you submit to the Service terminate within a commercially reasonable time after you remove or delete your videos from the Service"

And just curious, the last line of their TOS is that they are enforcing a statute of limitations of 1 year on any actions that you would want to take against them. Are we actually able to give up that right in a contract / TOS?

The assumption is that you are not the actual target, but merely collateral damage.

That's correct. But they were bought by Conde Nast.

From what I understand, 50% of iPhone users have not reconnected their phone to iTunes since the initial activation.
sharth··on Amazon Terminates Illinois Affiliates
Technically, it's the customer who is cheating the state. If I was to buy a product on amazon and not pay sales tax on it, I am supposed to pay a use tax on it at the end of the year.

Read this. It's ICANN's summary on the last DDOS on the root DNS servers.

That's not entirely true. With cloudfront, you were able to set that when you goto http://example.com that it would send you to http://example.com/index.html. However, it would not support you when you accessed http://example.com/dir/. That would not redirect to http://example.com/dir/index.html.
