shahargl··on Show HN: We are building developer-first open-source CLI for alerting
Although it is still in its early stages, we believe it would be beneficial to receive feedback on our project.

The project aims to provide the following use cases:

1. Declarative alerting that can be managed in your version control and service repository.

2. Alerting from multiple data sources, allowing for more context and enrichments.

3. Elimination of vendor lock-in, making it easier to transition from one observability tool to another.

Additional features we plan to include are:

- Integration with CI/CD processes to facilitate alerts maintenance and coverage.

- Scoring to evaluate the alert's actionability and contextual information.

- Slack integration to track alerts channels over time.

- More providers, conditions, etc

shahargl··on Building an in-house on-call training program for your SRE team
I'm trying to build OSS tool that will help fighting on-call fatigue so if you hate it let's talk and tell me how can I help

shahargl··on Ask HN: As a SaaS company, how do you manage your single-tenant deployments?
Very interesting. I’m asking not specifically about my use case but I would assume there will be some framework that helps you do that. In the end of the day, there are lot of customers that will need that (depends on your product obviously)
shahargl··on Ask HN: As a SaaS company, how do you manage your single-tenant deployments?
Eventually you see a lot of SaaS providers offering deployments model other than vanilla multitenant SaaS
shahargl··on Ask HN: As a SaaS company, how do you manage your single-tenant deployments?
Backend is mainly python but I was wondering if there is language agnostic solution. Have any resources on your solution?

Looks awesome!
shahargl··on Poll – which deployment models your SaaS supports?
Hey SaaS builders,

I'm working around an idea of making it easy for SaaS product being deployed with hybrid deployment (mainly around separating control and data).

Would be super cool if you will answer my very simple poll on your SaaS.

Of course this is anonymous poll and you can see the results after submitting the form.

Thanks!

shahargl··on First Google's ad when searching “Amazon Prime” is phishing?
So I've just arrived to the US and wanted to create Amazon Prime so I've searched for "Amazon Prime" in Google.

The first ad there which look super legitimate leads to the following link - "https://www.googleadservices.com/pagead/aclk?sa=L&ai=DChcSEw..."

Which in turn redirects to "https://anazon.snop.eechoman.com/primeservices/action.php?ac..." which looks like a phishing page for Amazon Prime.

Does anyone experience the same behaviour? I've almost used my password there. Why the heck does Google allow such ad's?

shahargl··on Lastpass Security Incident
This + the fact that privacy regulations are on the rise will make SaaS providers adapt to a world where customers data cannot be kept on the SaaS prem.

I would suggest to split this problem into two different problems - the processing ("data in use") vs data on rest. Each of these problems should be tackle with a different solution/approach.

I'm working on the tackling the second approach and if anyone want to talk just reach out (reply/mail/link/whatever you prefer)
