This seems to be the natural evolution of docs-as-code and markdown as a first class method of communicating with AI agents. The benefit of the typical SaaS app in this arena is structure, though. This is a solution that requires high trust.

Is there anything outside of the origination of the 30/30 idea that backs up the claim, versus something more mainstream like Pomodoro?
