I switched to using a Kinesis Freestyle 2 with the tenting kit. It has made a big difference for me, a lot of the pain I was feeling when using other keyboards has gone away.

I am so intrigued by some of these minimalist keyboards. I tried to use a 60% keyboard but I found using the extra layers to be difficult to adjust to. On paper it sounds good, move your fingers less, just use a layer. But in practice it got old fast.

I never realized how often I needed to press the ` key until I started using a 60% keyboard.

Oracle Data Cloud | New York City | ONSITE | Full Time | Software Engineer | https://moat.com/

I lead a team at Moat, we are an analytics company that works in online advertising.

We are a part of Oracle.

I am hiring software engineers for my team, specifically some one with a strong understanding of JavaScript and a few years of experience.

Although this role deals primarily in JavaScript it is not a traditional Front End role. We do not code in React, Angular or Vue and we do not make UIs.

The codebase that we maintain is essentially a library that our clients implement on their websites. Because of this our code runs on multiple sites across the entire internet.

Our stack is JS, Bash, Python and little Go.

This is very cool. Oddly enough, I am working on the exact same thing for my team but in Photoshop. I really like the idea of updating the project without wiping out your previous work.
