I do though. You can't force people to watch your content the way you like. You can hope, encourage, or maybe even incentivize. I do not have the right to watch a video, but I do have the right, once the video is publicly available, to watch the parts of the video I want. In the same way I have the right of changing channels during tv ads breaks. You can't dictate how people use their time.
I have the right to watch or not whatever I want , in the same way publishers have the right to add sponsorship content on their videos, same applies to ads , if you don’t want to see ads use an adblocker or skip the sponsorship part with an app like this one. If creators don’t like it , they should find another way of monetizing their work. Shaming people into watching ads is disgusting and wrong.
Lived in South Florida for a while, this is exactly how it is. Also those "small mountain towns" are deeply conservative and intolerant, if you are white you are in luck, but I don't think they are thrilled to see an influx of non-white folks coming to their town, same with LGBTQ+ people. Those places fit a certain type of people but definitely not everybody that have the money to move there.
I wonder how many more people have to die before Tesla actually fixes it. Is either self driving or not, there is not such a thing as "supervised driving"(that's called driving), I also wonder if those people saying -actually, this link over here says self driving is safer....- will say the same if a family member die because of the "self driving" mode not working properly.
If that is the goal is not working, otherwise Cuba, Iran, China, Russia, etc... would have change their political system after all these years of sanctions. At the end, we here in the US are supporting legalized discrimination against regular people, in some cases keeping them from getting access to medicines, technology, and other important resources. Is sad to say the least.
I doubt Putin's wealth and influence are being affected. In the other hand regular russian folks might get affected in one way or another. This is the thing with US sanctions, they are just aim to harm regular people, same with Cuba, Iran, ... This undoubtedly increase the resentment of their population against the US, I fail to understand how any of this makes sense. If we don't like their government , why not target their government officials, instead?
I just hope they offered another theme , i dont think the current one is very aesthetically pleasing, i love their vision as a company , I just dont like their laptops really, I bought a gazelle a few years back , i loved the unboxing experience and the very good support but it just feels cheap , the keyboard isn’t great either, and is pretty noisy . Seems like all linux laptop manufacturers are using similar chasis ? I want to support them , they are doing important work , but their laptops are not competitive for the price, you can install linux on a xps or a thinkpad, and get a better quality device for a lower price.
I feel like I can answer the second question, the reason why they are using the unknown coin is because thats how they make money, they get into a shitcoin (https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/mobilecoin/) that they already have mined a good amount, using Signal popularity, then pump it to the moon(like they say) and sell their positions.
