If you have talent just build better project than EveryMove .After that He will come to you , He will Respect you , He will Fear you. He will Pay you whatever you want and more, even he will laugh at your awful jokes and dance to your tunes. Building Better Project takes just Ramen,Pizza,Coke and Knowledge not Mr.Marcelo Calbucci's Permission.

So If i have good experience and knowledge .I would build better project and Shove it up to his "Startup owning Arrogance"

5 years back when Mr.Stallman worried about Privacy,Free Software I used to think he is nuts.. Now with SOPA/PIPA scenario its nuts to not listen him. So now i'm following his advice i will never move my data to Cloud.....

Possible Solutions 1. Invent System like The Matrix. My own Personal Movie,All we need to do is somehow combine neuroscience , Dream Technology, AI etc.. 2. Improve Internet Technology like Private Satellite, Distributed DNS, True internet without Government Intervention.

What HCL CEO was saying is true, American Grads are not employable because they are interested in creating new technology and starting new start ups, Ideal American grad wants to start a startup.And look its the American started google, microsoft, ibm, youtube etc... If you want perfect employee who want to maintain the 10 year old technology created by American companies you can get it only from india and China. I never seen an Indian created new product that changes world. Apart from creating bull shit products for maintaining documents for Sig Sigma , iso 9001, CRM etc. --- Angry young Indian.
