Kind of crazy considering how while teams (even dev) were forced into using it be the designers.
I haven’t even seen it mentioned at work recently.
The manager class sees worker units as fungible.

Our Harvard/Stanford etc management seemed less capable than products of state schools. It kind of shocked me as I thought once I got into startups and scaleups with Ivy League talent I’d be way over my head. Very much a let down.

Please use this with caution. There’s a reason client task libraries exist and you aren’t using the most expensive hardware, central point of contention for this type of thing.
Under the right conditions this could be useful/interesting buuutt this is ripe for abuse.

Effort increases as time to completion decreases. The last 10% of the project takes 90% of the effort as you try to finish up, deploy,integrate and find the gaps.
Llms are woefully incapable of that as that knowledge doesn't exist in a markdown file. It's in people's heads and you have to pry it out with a crowbar or as happens to so many projects, they get released and no one uses it.
