playa1··on New material that can absorb and release enormous amounts of energy
This is also the first thing I thought of when reading the title.
playa1··on Bicycle Geometry Terms
Very useful site, the geometry comparison amazing!
playa1··on Where Have You Gone, Peter Norton? (2014)
Anyone else sit and watch the old console-based defrag/speed disk run?

I was ~13 years old, not much programming experience yet but I was fascinated by the process and kept trying to figure out how it worked.

playa1··on SpaceX's Starship Mk1 just blew off its bulkhead in a pressurization accident

Make sure to keep hitting submit to until you see the success page.

playa1··on Ctop – commandline monitoring for containers
This looks amazing!

Too bad that the name collides with the Ubuntu package ctop which installs https://github.com/yadutaf/ctop

playa1··on Does Angular 2 live up to the hype?
While I was waiting for Angular 2 I ran into Aurelia and haven't looked back. http://aurelia.io/

Aurelia stays out of the way and sticks to web standards, it has been a joy to work with.
