The market will eventually stop doubling every month. It's hard to predicted when that will be, a month in advance. Getting the timing wrong can be disastrous.

The market will eventually become saturated with efficient traders. For an efficient trader, this is easy to predict because it is accompanied by a slow decline in margins. You just have to be able to stop when you can't beat the market any more.

There's a good chance that the trademark is no longer enforceable due to their failure to apply enforce it against Ethereum Classic. There has been quite a bit of discussion about this within the community.

How is DNM usage not an actual currency?

Parity shipped with a built-in Solidity contract to implement multi-sig wallets. That contract had a vulnerability that is now being exploited.

Importantly, the contract is not part of the Ethereum protocol, so other implementations and non-multi-sig Parity wallets are safe.
