I have a geninue question for any company (esp tech) that uses workday - why?

workday is, without doubt, one of the worst ATS from applicant's UX perspective. Every other ATS I've used can easily parse a resume, but workday still struggles. And yet, it's used so often.

Why? Why not use greenhouse or lever? Geninuely curious mate.

for cars that aren't compatible, can you install additional hardware to make them compatible?
