I'm looking to get back into a more typical Software Engineering role rather than my current customer-facing position as a "Customer Support Engineer". I would describe myself as a mid-level engineer, but the goal is to reach a senior level title at a company with a high bar.

Obviously the OP has no hard evidence but I wouldn't be surprised if it was all true. I'm sure every major company dreams of dynamically gouging their workers and users like this.

Hmm yeah I was getting some 502's from services using Cloudflare earlier. I guess it's more widespread than I thought. As usual, downdetector is the most reliable status page: https://downdetector.com/status/cloudflare/

This is exciting. I can't wait to get rid of Windows altogether. I only put up with it for gaming purposes.

What I dislike the most isn't even the liquid glass itself, it's how much more rounded a lot of UI elements are. And as others have mentioned, the border radius can vary from app to app. If someone can figure out how to modify the border radius of apps and UI elements across the board (at least on macOS) please let me know!
