Having saiud that, it is a pretty cool way to show information, yet it could be better. That way of showing the data is a bit biased and over represents PP/PSOE. At the end of the day, let's say PP "won" in Madrid, they will not be able to appoint the major anyways, cause Ahora Madrid will ally with PSOE. So basically... a bit useless.
Also, "Otros" is 29.7% of the votes!!
First AEDE, the Spanish News Publishers’ Association lobbied for the law that created fees for web linking (pretty insane and ultimately unfeasible).
After the law was passed, Google said they would then close Google News Spain since they make no money with it.
Now AEDE seems to have changed its mind and is actually asking the opposite, for the government to prevent Google News closure.
Also, regarding your points: 1. You should not make arbitrary laws. 2 and 3 are good.
Bravo for anyone standing up for ethics in corporations.
I am not sure which kind of structured p2p system popcorn time sues, but if it was a DHT it should make sure that there is replication of the rarest files works too.
So that people who want to watch weird east European movies also have the opportunity, just as those who want to watch the latest blockbuster.
I hope popcorn time does not immediately delete cached chunks...what a waste.
I understand leechers as those who, over time, mostly download rather than upload.
In fact, you are also forgetting about the usage of each peer application. With traditional torrents you download the movie, close the app and watch the movie. Total seeding time is the same as the downloading time.
With popcorn time you are seeding WHILE watching the movie, the total seeding time is much, much longer than in the first case.
People should be virtually rioting for this.
Can't I write whatever username and password I want? Should I create the database before hand?
