That company is underwater now.
Fast forward now, not so much anymore. Now I want Trump to be back in the office.
After that, maybe I'll buy an Island and create my own country and invite all of my family members that are now scattered in different countries, and build my own kingdom, in the real world, my own rules, my own philosophies.
ah.., a man can dream...
I want to move back to Asia where there are less diversity and society is less complex. I value harmony more than diversity.
More people want to live more in cities (due to access to society’s benefits and jobs) then housing prices will rise. This seems normal to me? I.e more people means more competition means price will rise.
If someone wants cheap house, they can just move far to the suburbs and work there or commute to the city.
Am I mistaken to think that there is no inherent problem in rising house prices? It is just the way it is and it happens everywhere even in 3rd world countries.
- It makes fresh graduate noobs (or even just noobs in general) able to compete on equal ground on high-paying job prospects. Think about it, if every high paying jobs out there value experience over leetcode style of interviews, then young noob programmers won't be able to rake great salary because all of those jobs are filled already by experienced engineers
- Great engineers should just use their talent somewhere else in startups, create more innovation, create more wealth rather than helping the big tech giants become bigger
If you look at /r/antiwork you’ll realize that these demands are more and more moving goalposts. I don’t understand that subreddit. They think jobs grow on trees.
Guess what is my name? yup.
