Surprising how when a protonmail account is deleted the British Police lose records.

https://twitter.com/brokenbottleboy/status/1654887076305817600?t=P3nzerFOCWnkXk_6d9TtFQ&s=19

The british state, the police, the nhs still use suicide to cover up the murder of people who have been abused by employees of the state.

There isnt a day that goes by where I dont want to end my life in a way where I dont suffer, I wont use the word humane, because if life in the UK is considered humane, then to be human is to torture. Just for the record!

The Nazi's get hauled over the coals for their torture, the british dont because its better to split everyone up and torture them individually and its still going on today.

Hogeweyk is modelled after uk villages which are basically prisons for those who have no money, no identification, no transport, 24/7 surveillance, all legislated for by successive govt's, local councils and parish councils, and many will be quick to remind me the room I spend all my waking hours in, an intellectual form of solitary confinement, is smaller than a prison cell!

God save the King. What a facist regime...

I've seen Police plant drugs in an attempt to frame someone, initimdate and harrass people and then fine people, I've seen NHS nurses try to stab people multiple times, throw toddlers across a room and shake them vicously, I've seen HMRC Tax inspectors strangle people and pass off as coppers to fuck them over, carry out VAT fraud and defraud people, I've seen military commit a variety of crimes on people including kids, I've seen politicians threaten people, I've seen primary and secondary school teachers abuse kids, I've seen GP's abusing people. All of these peoples are still walking free.

The uk is probably one of the few countries still pulling off Hitler's große Lüge!

Go on reddit, select different regions including Everywhere and find the posts on the front page are all the same whatever the region selected. /r/ThereWasAnAttempt

MDR Hookworm, the highly zoonotic stealth biological weapon used to control the public through experts giving out bad advice. # Its surprisingly easy holding someone prisoner in the UK as good as dam it in solitary confinement especially when the govt decides to do it. Its enough to drive you to suicide and I've tried 3 times. Even the GP told me how to do it with paracetamol and alcohol. As Gerald Ratner proved, people want to believe in fairy tales which is why a Govt and their employees can do what the fuck they want!

The worst pedo's and child abusers are parents working for the govt, with masonic friends in the police, nhs and education system. Well connected Govt employees get to cover up so much shit!

I used to tell hyacinth bucket I'd choose her nursing home thinking she'd go to prison, now I know that wont happen. Criminals run the UK.

Life in the UK where I cant even get a Rpi webserver up to tell the world about the child abusing pedo's walking free because they are govt employees.

Even this website https://web.archive.org/web/19990427221438/http://www.rose-associates.demon.co.uk/ which I put up for a relative only has the front page now after the original paperwork was destroyed, the only copy being in my possession and thats when the govt got the archive removed. Even the wayback machine wont answer my emails asking why its been taking down!

Jimmy Saville and Prince Andrew are the tips of the iceberg!

The sexism in society is on display with people protesting about Sarah Everard, if its a bloke tough shit got to suck it up!

What amazes me is how many people take it upon themselves to hassle and intimidate victims of their govt child abusing pedo's, thats why I can say govt, police and nhs cover up their colleagues crimes by labling people as suicide victims.

The BBC demonstrate their hacking abilities with their Micro:bit

Its torture living in the UK, cant get off this overcrowded island, but it would be bliss to simply escape who I have to live with! Cant do that with money and cant get a job, ended up apply for jobs in indeed.com that had been filled 3 years ago. A masonic reference, much like the 3 military personel who turned up on holiday and reminded me the govt is in charge. Havent been on holiday for a number of years now as a result of the employees of the state to be in charge. Dare not leave the house now. 24/7 surveillance.

Ways to spot abusive mothers, they push their kids into the military to get them killed, fortunately I resisted but not before the military knew enough about me.

Thats why I told Liz Truss I never thought I'd get radicalised living here in Weeting. Its a fucking wonder I havent ended up in jail yet for murder!

My abuse started, or rather what I can remember of it, was when I was first taught to write. I picked up the pen with my left hand and mother freaked out. Taught me to write with my right hand.

Other forms of abuse, when not feeling well being force fed, then throwing up that food before even getting down from the table and then being beaten up for throwing up the food because money doesnt grow on trees. Cant prove any of this because I was the first born on my own living in the middle of nowhere. Through out my childhood, my evening meals often tasted of washing up liquid, was I being poisoned or was it the residue from people not rinsing the dishes? Couldnt complain because I'd get beaten up. Kids should be seen and not heard.

I often think an autism diagnosis is a politically correct way of hiding childhood trauma so bad victims dont remember the events.

Still the govt looks after its own, been told numerous times.

> How is working for money slavery?

Its not, but the way the money is distributed and created is. For example during the 2008 crisis because the velocity of money fell, banks were desperate to get people spending again so interest free £million were offered to the rich in order to get them to spend money in the economy, reinforcing the trickle down concept.

My life has already been stolen, and there isnt the science to replace it.

> made me wonder if this is something that could affect them later in life.

There are plenty of study's that carried out experiments into learned helplessness[1,2] whats interesting now is how its being associated with things like depression [3] later on in life.

I'd go so far to say people who have suicided themselves or attempted could be because of their childhood abusers and certainly in the past, there was no evidence back then and very little surveillance, so clever well connected individuals could get away with alot.

I know here in the UK the Police and NHS do not investigate attempted suicides, even when they have been told. In fact, I do know a GP could tell you how to suicide yourself with off the shelf ingredients, which might seem to be against the hippocratic oath, but who is that GP prioritising, the patient they have just told to suicide themselves or their other patients?

Words can be so vague especially in the legal system.

I can remember my time as a toddler in Terry's nappy's with rubber pants, that chaffed the groin area, and with todays improved food standards and food diversity, access to multi vitamins, I think the younger generation will find it easier to remember their childhood.

In the case of childhood abuse, some just regress or some come out fighting, the legal system is very skewed here because it only wants to punish the individual, it doesnt want to take responsibility for allowing the abuse to occur by not teaching kids law in order to avoid abuse. Even the state doesnt hold primary school teachers to account, but then the state also carries out secret experiments on kids on all ages, some of them pre-emptive in order to control individuals later on in life based on the existing theories of the day.

Things might be better in the US by virtue of having private healthcare, but state healthcare like the UK's NHS enables the state to carry out more experimentation in secret.

The NHS is not all that its cracked up to be, far from it, but then most users dont know nothing about healthcare which is why they are using it in the first place.

All parts of the UK state data share whilst denying it until they have to come up with something called parallel construction to use a US legal term.

Bottom line is, with kids every action has a reaction and some things, your beliefs they might choose to disagree with later on in life.

Factors like are they kept busy with their own adult life or do they have plenty of time on their hands to reflect, will also determine how much their agree with from their childhood.

Above all else, make sure you have a relationship with them so that they can talk to you. I didnt have a relationship with any adult where I could talk to them about stuff, and its only later on in life, that you come to realise especially when aware of law that criminals acts were carried out on you and other elements of your childhood were stolen. I think this is why law is not taught to kids, it keeps those pontificating lawyers and judges in employment, but it doesnt tackle the causes of crime, it just enables it by keeping kids innocent and in the dark. Taking away that cotton wool you want to wrap kids in, is a very delicate matter, too much cotton wool, will set them up for exploitation later on in life, take it away too quickly and that could be traumatic if not a path that some choose to walk. Its a tightrope to walk.

I'd also be wary about moving them around to different schools and different parts of the country. Its a legal form of isolation when considering how the new kid is bullied at school often overseen by teachers and can be used to isolate people later on in life.

Its probably why the Police and Military move people around, breaking down friends networks, forcing new friends networks on people. Its that divide and conqueror mentality which has existed since before Roman times.

I think a good approach is to not be dictatorial, which can be simple instructions of dont do this, dont do that, be quiet without the explainantions in a concept understandable format. Thats hard when kids are young, but explain why something can or cant be done. That was harder in the past because there was no internet, but with the internet today, its easier to find out things. Example, putting things in mouths, explaining the concept of germs and how some of them like bacteria can go dormant in the body (biofilms) desite antibiotics and some viruses never leave the body (herpes), and some viruses get into parts of the body where the adaptive immune system cant go and importantly, clinicians cant test for their existence except at the time of autopsy.

I know the medical profession like to portray themselves as experts, but if you look at how medical theories are being rewritten all they time especially now when new tech becomes available or cheaper to use to allow more testing and data acquisition occurs, that's when you realise even dominant personalities can skew the interpretation of data.

moremetadata··on Healing the brain: hydrogels enable neuronal tissue growth
I'll stick with my mega doses of algal oil derived omega-3s they are not so fishy in taste or burps.

Of all the tissues in the body, retina contains the highest concentration of the omega-3 fatty acid (FA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Up to 60% of the total FA in rod outer segment membrane phospholipids is DHA [1]. If you suffer from night blindness something that happens as we age, DHA improves the ability to see in low light conditions. [2]

The brain has the second highest lipid content behind adipose tissue, and brain lipids constitute 50% of the brain dry weight [3]. DHA makes up over 90% of the n-3 PUFAs in the brain and 10%–20% of its total lipids. DHA is especially concentrated in the gray matter [4]

After a 6month study researchers found DHA levels had increased by 200% with the spinal fluid content only increasing by 28% [5]. This study also didnt look at the effect of tyrosine in the substantia nigra which besides increasing the pheomelanin and eumelanin, that area of the brain also acts an antioxidant or filter for metals in the brain. [6]

What is ignored with omega 3 is the role it plays with neutrophils, if you have a lot of pathogens, your neutrophil numbers will go up which will reduce the amount of omega-3's which can go to the brain, because Omega-3 supplementation increases the EPA+DHA content of neutrophil membranes [7] which improves their function at sensing pathogens and interactive with other parts of the immune system. [8,9,10,11] especially when considering todays levels of air pollution from things like fossil fuels.

I'd also increase choline content for the brain [12] and alveoli gas exchange which improves physical performance and recovery rates. Some consider Choline should be consider essential nutrition, [13] but chemo brain fog, covid brain fog and baby brain pregnancy fog are all considered to be a deficiency in choline, and whilst the connections between neurons disappear, a stump is left on the neuron so when enough choline enters the diet, the connections can reform and you can get your memories back.

Its just slavery which the older generations thought was appropriate, much like having a large family to look after you was a thing before family sizes came down.

It sounds cliched, but have a bucket list of things you want to do and try to do some of them. Put yourself first and your job second because the days of businesses looking after their staff and a job for life is long gone as every recession demonstrates.

moremetadata··on Advice to Aimless, Excited Programmers (2010)
There isnt anything stopping you from asking questions like why is something done this way. You might see it as slave labour, but if you laid bricks for example, you cant lay bricks in temperatures below 3 or 4 degrees C, and you can only lay so many rows of bricks high as the mortar has to set.

Where most people are failed by those around them, like parents and school's is pointing out when you leave education, you wont stop learning, and its always good to ask questions and plan ahead what you want to do with your life.

Arguably have a bucket list which will change as you age in order to have something to aim for, and dont get caught in the trap of settling for second best or end up being used by people who think might be your friends but only knew you because of what you could do for them on the cheap.

Now you might have called your summer job slave labour, I look at it as being paid to exercise as well as learning new skills and make new contacts.

On the subject of aimless excited programmers, there's lots of ways to look at programming before learning a language.

If one wants to earn a lot of money, then consider database related programming, everything is data, even spreadsheets can be considered flat files of sorts. And whilst you probably wouldnt use javascript to write a database app in, even though you could stuff data into a cookie and run it client side, there are better general purpose languages suited to database work, besides the obvious sql languages.

If chasing the money, consider looking at what's involved in high frequency trading where you'll be writing your own OS to maintain the super high speeds required for algorithmic trading. Co-locating data centres as close as possible to trading exchanges is just one part of the problem. [1]

IF you want to do apps for smart phones, again look at the languages that deliver the most for you, but also consider whether you should go with a popular language like dotnet or java thats portable across platforms, or whether you want to go with a niche language that might become less popular over time especially when considering there are thousands of languages that exist, with many having fallen by the wayside.

> Travelling with an unrestrained dog in a car is pretty reckless (and maybe illegal).

There's pro's and con's for this.

Firstly the dog could be in the front passenger seat in a harness and restrained which doesnt use the seatbelts, so the pressure sensor in the seat/base of the chair that detects weight, and a seat belt clip not inserted into the seat belt harness could trigger these cars's safety systems.

Considering some cars can also let you switch off the passenger airbag and these are generally on by default with the manual override switch located in a variety of places, it might be simpler to have these options and questions built into these OLED displays which the driver has to run through, much like a pilot running through a series of checks before take off.

> Travelling with an unrestrained dog in a car is pretty reckless (and maybe illegal). When dogs (and cats) are unrestrained, whilst illegal in many countries, in vehicle crashes, their faster reaction times which is faster than snakes hence why they were domesticated, mean they more often than not escape unharmed.

As to being a projectile, again generally not if they are laying down inside the vehicle, but when they have their heads out of windows for Youtube views, the risk is increased.

However if projectile risk is an issue, why dont people use cargo netting to strap down their mobile phones, laptops, briefcases, handbags inside a vehicle when on the daily commute?

Yout cant film inside a car using Go Pro's on a race track unless the camera is attached to a surface like the inside of the windscreen with two suction pads.

Yet ironically, if you are a proper VIP being chauffeured around, you'll often get told not to wear your seatbelt as these can restrain you in place in the event of an attack and the bodyguards like to get you out of the vehicle quickly... Although I see that as a mixed message considering only the bodyguard was wearing a seatbelt when Princess Diana and Dodi died in their car crash and according to someone friends with the bodyguard, MI6 told him to get them to take the route that night which was different to their normal route. moremetadata··on News Corp says state hackers were on its network for two years
So we know a member of staff was fired, but the data resolution, which may be deliberately vague, is it took place sometime over a 30 day period.

Is this like T-Mobile staff not being paid enough and then T-Mobile getting hacked?

Now there's lots of attack vectors when staff are involved, some more than others. I know AV software updates are largely signatures of known malware rehashed, but not new malware like Stuxnet which took some AV companies over a year to reverse engineer before they could even decide if it was malware.

But depending on the level of access this member of staff had, or depending on how lax NI's IT policies were, it could have simply been something like a switch ACL redirect using Netgears terminology [1] or a Policy Routing [2] to use Cisco terminology off to some other device that appears to be of Chinese origin.

Now its unlikely to be a BGP hijack like the one mentioned here [3], but having spoken with Cisco staff in the past, they do have a constant battle with hackers hacking their switches, but when looking at articles like EoL devices not having zero days fixed [4], does this demonstrate an old security risk or newly added security risk designed to force customers to upgrade to newer equipment?

Monitoring the CVE's of devices, can highlight business practices, much like Youview here in the UK issuing a final update to multiple TalkTalk TV Huawei DN372T TV boxes which caused them to overheat and hang with now obvious way to downgrade to the previous stable version.

Anyway I doubt it was some sort of BGP hijack [5] and I doubt it was some lizard squad-esque home router hack [6], and I am aware some multi functional home devices are simply not as robust as dedicated commercial solutions, by virtue of having a reduced attack vector by being dedicated to one task.

But saying that, how hard is it reverse engineer firmware? We see firmware updates when cars engine management software gets remapped, why not an internal switch that for all intents and purposes appears to be the genuine article? There are ways to monitor some devices at the cpu instruction level like an Intel Processor Trace [7], much like a Jtag can also solicit information [8,9,10]. Thing is we dont know and there lots of possible attack vectors which could be deliberately misleading, like a member of staff losing a usb stick with staff data on somewhere between work, the pub and home[11].

Now considering how long ago some of these encrypted devices were lost, if one is stilling holding onto said device, biding time waiting for CVE's to appear in years to come, also seems to be a valid attack vector. I used to do that with my old hard drives all the time, ie put them into cold storage for a few years, then reactive them and see what viruses and other malware were now being detected on them.

Its a constant moving target and time always tells, anyway I'm not disputing how things should work, but I know that interesting results can be obtained with misconfigurations.

However, did Mandiant [1] think to time the round trip of the packets, in other words, assuming TCP and not UDP used, did the round trip of the return packet take about the right amount of time crossing the globe, or was some switch infrastructure "hacked" or modded nearby perhaps in the same country, which made it look like the packets were going to a Chinese ip address with appropriate time lags?

It was unable to connect to Kasperky's servers, in order to do an offline scan and removal, ergo I was unable to wipe the malware from my machine.

In the past, when I have had my systems so locked down so I can account for every packet of data coming in and going out, my internet connection just goes down so I cant get online. I've even had bios passwords reset locking me out of machines.

On the point of being worn down, it would seem shouting the loudest, or controlling the media outlets works [1]

A suggestion for @ tutanota.com, I've made this to other online email providers, but no one seems interested.

Having a delayed send from servers located around the world.

If anyone is aware of traffic shaping, and traffic profiling, they will know its possible to determine what type of data it is despite it being encrypted.

For example, youtube will send from multiple servers to your device in bursts, its not one continuous stream of data from one server. Obviously this also enables Google/Youtube to work out your exact physical location based on the time the different bursts of data arrives at the device and get reassembled.

Its also possible for the 5eyes+X (5EX) operators to work out if you are typing or reading an email, and when you click send, there is a very small window in which to work out where that email is going.

So if the email comes back into the UK, they will know what email server its being routed to. In time, its possible to work out more stuff which I wont elaborate on, but they can then carry out impersonation attacks on the entity in both directions in order to solicit more information.

Lets face it, how many people get to speak to the same person in a call centre? And do call centre staff remember and recognise their routine customers?

So could your email system have a delayed send built into it, perhaps something like X users from the UK, click send to send an email and these emails could be sent from some of your servers which would ideally be located around the globe?

eg. I log into your service by connecting to the German server, I click send after composing an email and the email is routed in a batch with other users to say the US server before it gets delivered, well after I've logged off and delivered in a randomly delayed timeframe, because most people dont need emails to hit other peoples inboxes straight away, they are busy doing other things. In fact being able to send now could be an opt in, like those times when on the phone to someone and you need to send them an email at the same time, because the 5EX workers will know you are already communicating with someone, and what can they gain from knowing about an email being sent at the same time?

With VPN's the easiest way to work out where VPN traffic is going, is slow down your targets VPN connection and the 5EX operators look for other encrypted VPN traffic that also slows down elsewhere. This is how the 5EX workers can work out what websites you are visiting.

Likewise a VPN that can also include Chaff [2] when the connection goes idle, will also get to hide the type of data passing over the VPN, again affording the user of VPN's some privacy, where currently there are no VPN's affording this. I know some do VPN tunnelling ie a vpn running inside a vpn for double encryption, but that still gives out the type of data and where its going to when you have an infrastructure overview of the internet in the 5EX countries.

And if the VPN service connects to a proxy server that can keep the 2nd and subsequent relays/legs still downloading, the VPN company gets to find out who the 5EX workers might be targeting. At the very least, it would reduce their existing level of intelligence, and expose what secret court orders might be in place with infrastructure company's like At&T's Room 641a[3]

All's fair in love and war!

I'll also point out the obvious, people tend to visit websites that are in their language, this then narrows down the websites and data centres to look at.

However if someone is multi lingual which would have been obtained by the state during the school and college years through lessons learnt and/or by association of being born or raised by parents who are not native speakers of the country they reside in, or are multi lingual, the scope for the websites that could be visited can increase, introducing more legal doubt.

Anyway an insight into 5EX internet surveillance, what GCHQ would call looking for the needle in the haystack, and example can be found here [4].

Its probably best to think of the internet like monitor vehicle movements, you can see trucks moving around, but you don't know what's in them initially, but over time, you can work it out, which is why the EU & UK have agreed the Windsor framework, namely Squid Game Green light Red light [5] customs between NI & GB.

> People who obscure their license plates should have their cars impounded and licenses revoked

People pay tax on the fuel, pay tax on the car, pay tax on the parts and servicing, yet you want the state to be able to identify the vehicles?

How many deaths and injuries do the vehicles cause in comparison to other deaths and injuries? Take the NRA and shooter deaths and injuries, or even knife crime, those people dont have to walk around with identification tattoos, and anyone can get a uniform to impersonate people of authority.

The state employees, namely the Police give you all the privacy you can afford, you wont find this online, but I've been reliably told, that the 13/14yr old son of this bloke [1], took one of the family limousines and crashed it in Kent, UK. When the Police attending the RTA realised who he was, the UK Police gave him an hour or two to clear up the mess or face being arrested. Naturally someone this rich can pull strings, so the mess was cleared up and now nothing exists online.

I dont think most people realise how life is crime free for the rich who donate to charitable causes and employ large numbers of people!

So why do we need our privacy stolen especially considering mobile phones can triangulate and locate people under the guise of cell tower traffic management and most cars now have trackers built into them to remote shut them down called telematics, also used to monitor the driving of the insured and car manufacturers[2] are proposing vehicles that can even reposses themselves.

You can learn alot from this [3] if Hollywood isnt trolling the poor whilst virtual signalling for profits!

Now watch how quickly this discussion gets pushed down onto subsequent pages of HN to protect the Rich! Position 11 @ 10:38 UTC 20230228.

Its not just the CEO, if you realised just how much board and line management are like the 3 blind mice, trying to meet their targets, invent new targets all the while trying to survive in the corporate version of the Robert Morris Water Maze, simultaneously playing Corporate Buzzword Bingo or C B B's [1], I'm surprised so many people put up with life like this!

> Code that is optimized to be easy to read often has lots of duplication and very little abstraction.

I would disagree. I dont think you understand abstraction which is what Object Orientated Programming addresses. A class written once, deployed many times, which can include things like screen control resizing rules, or classes which handle reading and writing to disk or other things like that.

A class is a classic form of abstraction and thus can easily be read.

What I have not seen mentioned once in these discussions, is different coding styles.

I've seen UI design documentation but I've never seen coding framework's apart from Hungarian Notation in windows [1] but things like variable name formats, whether the code should be in classes, Routines, or Procedures.

Having worked on a number of different projects, I've worked on source written by single/sole dev's and I've worked on source written by multiple dev's from all around the world.

They all have their different styles of programming, they all have their quirks, their eccentricities and the current batch of programming tools including visual studio enables these differences which make debugging or securing code more difficult.

I dont think many managers or bosses understand programming either which is why the coding style is not something thats been mentioned. Even teams using tools like Github where there is discussion taking place with the code will force a group style onto the code.
