mi_lk··on Open-source Zig book
> Pedagogically it makes sense to me

It does not. It dives into compiler details on chapter 01, and smells heavily AI (not in a good way) as others have pointed out

mi_lk··on Yann LeCun to depart Meta and launch AI startup focused on 'world models'
And apparently that doesn't stop people from buying their products
mi_lk··on Yann LeCun to depart Meta and launch AI startup focused on 'world models'
This is the right take. He is obviously a pioneer and much more knowledgeable than Wang in the field, but if you don't have the product mind to serve company's business interest in short term and long term capacity anymore, you may as well stay in academia and be your own research director, let alone a chief executive in one of the largest public companies

I have the opposite feeling. var makes it easier to write but harder to read/review. Without var you know the exact type of a variable without going through some functions for example
mi_lk··on Notes on switching to Helix from Vim
It's not like Helix is as ubiquitous as Vim on a random remote server. If that's not the case surely the effort to install Helix is bigger than copying Vim config?
