mgradowski··on Ask HN: Best Recipe Search Engine?
I (as a vegetarian) sometimes use https://vegfaqs.com/high-protein-vegan-recipes/

You can filter by meal type and sort by macros.

mgradowski··on Fast Fibonacci numbers using Monoids
In abstract algebra there really is a hierarchy of group-like-structures with different levels of symmetry (see the table in [1]), and a monoid is one of such structures.

I've had some luck with the first chapter of this (free) [2] book, although they explain groups and not monoids but for me it was then rather quick to gain intuition about monoids.

For the curious, Vimium looks for these by default: prev, previous, back, older,<,‹,←,«,≪,<< next, more, newer,>,›,→,»,≫,>>. I have been using it for a month now and it works surprisingly well.

Looks great, thank you very much. I posted a link to your reply under an issue on GitHub.
mgradowski··on Interesting Data Engineering Papers
As someone who goes to college to study data engineering this year, I'd say it's a quite impressive collection but I have no idea where to start (readme.md is empty). I hope it will be a useful resource in the future.

Pardon the interruption, a free static page hosting would respect the reader a little bit more than Medium.
mgradowski··on Big O Notation – Using not-boring math to measure code’s efficiency
Similarly, if you were to write a O(n) Python program displaying the Fibbonacci sequence, it would not run in O(n) time but it would still take O(n) operations. It only makes sense to treat time complexity literally, if operations take fixed amount of time (int addition in Python doesn't).
