mfbx9da4··on Little Free Library
I once found a little free library on Google maps in SF which was open late. I thought great, a new place to do some coding this evening. Disappointed to find a cupboard in the suburbs.

mfbx9da4··on Ask HN: Laptop Stand with Space for Keyboard?
Hey thanks for the response. In terms of height, laptop should ergonomically meet eye level when on a desk (13in macbook pro). Would definitely be interested in purchasing if it meets my criteria. Feel free to reach out via email, twitter or other.
mfbx9da4··on Ask HN: Laptop Stand with Space for Keyboard?
Hey great suggestion. I think it probably would fit in a backpack! However, would be good if it was a bit lighter and smaller. There is no minimum criteria for portable but ideally way under 1kg and easily foldable. I will explore more stands of similar design thanks!

mfbx9da4··on Ask HN: Best Chess Resources?
I can't say I have improved much by passively watching Eric Rosen videos on youtube but I have definitely thoroughly enjoyed it! He has a super relaxing voice and is incredibly good at explaining his thoughts while playing https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXy10-NEFGxQ3b4NVrzHw1Q

Products like Slack, Figma and VSCode will not benefit from this kind of technology. Get off of your old school horse. Not all websites are just websites. Performance is not determined solely by load time.

It’s not a lot of work if you use a library. You will still need to do verification but saves you destroying your email domain reputation

mfbx9da4··on Sick of spending time on Auth, we built an open source 'Stripe for Auth'
My specific need is passwordless login (via email currently) to issue private keys for multi device end to end encryption. If you can do that, I'm in!
