Because I want to code in my freetime with a big setup in my tiny flat with two children.
I hope Godot's project does not die because of this problem.
And personally for me, it was too the door to thinking about something like as free software. Because when I was a child, I remember my frustration with my small games coded in basic, they were terrifyingly slow. And I wondered why...and decades ago when I knew the free software philosophy, I finished with my pain about these remembers.
Now corporations do projects with 5 or more zeroes in budget and a high percentage of the code is free software or open source. And they give 0 back to free or open projects that they parasite.
I wrote an article years ago in my blog (in Spanish, sorry), "Free software has failed": https://tomatesasesinos.com/2019/07/11/el-software-libre-ha-...
But it is dead: https://web.archive.org/web/20180512095336/http://www.hackin...
How many NOTs can Godot/GDScript handle??? GDScript 7340 And what about other languages? ...
And another problem (for people foreign languages, non-english) the original dubbing of the film is lost (for copyrights or the original dub audio film was in low quality (VHS or something)) and the film in the streaming platform is with a new dubbing (and normaly it does not give old high spirits).

I know that it is about security stuff, but for the games in js is a bad situation when the canvas lost the focus and the keys pressed change.
