It’s a big question this time of year, at least for me. My last deep thinking on it left me with the idea that it’s better to refuse to think of life in that term; happiness lies within.

I think we greatly underestimate what we learn. If we had a conversation that touched on the subject of a book you read 6 months ago you would be surprised how you can recall something from the book. Reading for diversion is the best - both relaxing and passive learning.

Isn’t aging controlled at the cellular level? Mitochondria etc? Routine stem cell therapy thru life may be the best approach.

For me it helps with organizing an approach or schedule, but for bigger issues I use THC and a long walk outdoors. This lets me get outside myself and visualize the problem from new angles and big and small scale.

My grandfather had a very thick NY accent, where 33rd & First was toity toid n foist. He raised a family in the east side then sunny side queens. You are far from throwing in the towel, as you are here asking for direction. Its very hard to do the solo act - near impossible task you've given yourself and it seems you really beat yourself up about it.

Realize this - most successful ventures/side gigs/startups are not solo efforts and involve quite a bit of luck.
