I rarely see sites where I cannot zoom in. Many do not let me zoom out though. Instead, they display what feels like 4 words per line.

Desktop sites started doing that too. See the wired story on Russian maps, I had to scale it down to 66% to not feel like I was 3 centimeters from the screen. I don't get it.
