I wonder how this thing with Apple App Store works, and why some items appear in US store only, and in other (Croatian, and i see from comments Uruguay and Turkey) hours or even days later.

Maybe I'm wrong, or I'm overseeing something but I think that "Patient has inherited malicious BRCA1 mutation" information should be IN patients medical record.
If you DON'T have index.html in your root folder it will return this error, python's SimpleHTTPServer module does much better job and gives you list of your folders.
According to link below [1], NYT ported d3 to be 90% canvas because of speed issues in FF.

Does it work properly?
If i have www.mydomain.com with certificate A, and api.mydomain.com with a certificate B, can i make CORS call with javascript?
(i know that if you try it with self signed cert, it will just drop the request)
My history of programming fonts goes something like this:
- i know they were mono
- Dejavu sans / vera sans mono
- proggy clean (back in the days of low resolution, i really loved it )
(switched to mac)
- monaco
- andale mono
Once in a while i try some other font, but i keep returning to Andale Mono. (best MS product ever? :)
Point is about eliminating single point of failure situations, e.g. only one guy knows how to handle really important client..
That should never happen, and by paying an extra buck, and forcing you to be detached from work they are giving you incentive to build fallback measures, write better docs etc.
Design sells, even with git/hg users.

Why on earth did you use FOV of 50? Default on quake is 90, and in most games.
Also, 95% of the professional players play with fov in range 100 - 130. (I personally play with 130)
For the sake of the demo, i think this needs to be fixed to at least 90 deg. This is like trying to walk trough room looking trough a plastic pipe, you see whats in front of you, but you need way more information to move comfortably.

"Hard" part that I'm referring to is creation of visualization, choosing the right images [e.g naked woman from renascence painting, naked man from modern magazine] and putting it all together.
I was thinking something more "visualcomplexity.com / flowingdata.com" scale, and less "hotornot" script.
If you think about it, it's not easiest task to complete, given the complexity I had in mind.
