I build systems end to end, can lead your team or help with achieving a specific short term objective. I am good at translating requirements into architecture, avoiding unnecessary costs, and helping people discover their strengths under supervision. I can also teach you stuff

This argument reminds me of the HN Dropbox announcement top comment:

Looking for clients who need a technical leader SWE to bring their project to success.

I am good at simplifying things conceptually, translating requirements into structure, and enabling people under my supervision to develop their strengths.

How do you score toxicity? Do you have a list of criteria or just let the LLM hallucinate a number out of thin air?

klntsky··on Has the cost of building software dropped 90%?
People vibe one-off solutions for themselves all the time. They just don't have the desire to productionalize them. Frankly, product knowledge is something LLMs are not that good at

klntsky··on Tool2Agent – a protocol for LLM tool feedback workflows
This is a set of conventions and types that streamline some approaches I came up with while building LLM workflows.

LLM tool feedback systems are under-developed, and the reason for that is the lack of well defined interfaces.

tool2agent is a concrete set of such interfaces to build on top of.

Right now, AI SDK bindings are available.

If you are an LLM workflow developer, take a look at this example of a conversational chatbot:

klntsky··on Hypothesis: Property-Based Testing for Python
It seems to only implement a half of QuickCheck idea, because there is no counterexample shrinking. Good effort though! I wonder how hard would it be to derive generators for any custom types in python - probably not too hard, because types are just values

klntsky··on URLs are state containers
I wish there was a way to have undo/redo like when using pushState, but without polluting history. There is no separate "serializable state" API that is not tied to a URL. I could use LocalStorage, but I want to have multiple states in different tabs, persistent across reloads. Maybe storing "tab IDs" in URLs and state in LocalStorage is a good idea.

I vibed something like this for markdown extraction just a week ago: https://github.com/promptware/readweb

Opensourced it just now.

More specifically, it works like this:

  suggestPreset: HTML -> Preset (via LLM)
  applyPreset: HTML + Preset -> Markdown (programmatically)
Where preset is:

  type Preset = {
    // anchors to make this preset more fragile on purpose.
    // Elements that identify website engine layout go here.
    preset_match_detectors: CSSSelector[];
    // main content extractors
    main_content_selectors: CSSSelector[];
    // filter selectors to trim the main content.
    // banners, subscription forms, sponsor content, etc.
    main_content_filters: CSSSelector[];
  };
suggestPreset uses a feedback loop that enhances + applies preset until the markdown is really clean
klntsky··on JSON River – Parse JSON incrementally as it streams in
Nice. You should pair it with Immer + React for a nice UI demo. This will hype hard if the value is properly demonstrated.

https://osint.moe/

A LLM‑powered OSINT helper app that lets you build an interactive research graph. People, organizations, websites, locations, and other entities are captured as nodes, and evidence is represented as relationships between them.

Usually assistants like ChatGPT Deep Research or Perplexity are focused on fully automatic question answering, and this app lets you guide the search process interactively, while retaining knowledge in the graph.

The plan is to integrate it with multiple OSINT-related APIs, scrapers, etc
