kissmd··on Ask HN: Know any solid but affordable freelance mobile developers?
you can try technicalcapital.eu
kissmd··on Why doesn't HN get the hackernews.com domain?
imho: sorry guys, hn is not about links or users. this is a lead generator site to collect professional startups for ycombinator cycles. they already have too much application every year, so there is no need to broadening the market. this is much simpler than updating a very good blog. imho.
kissmd··on CRM options for early-stage B2B startups?
in sugar crm objects are extendable per gui.

it is only a few click away to add your own custom fields.

kissmd··on Ask HN: Is it worth learning a new language for your startup?
for a real startup no. a startup must start up fast. for that the best tools are what you already known.

but for side projects a new language is absolutely a must!

kissmd··on Ask HN: Would an HN comment length minimum improve quality?
ok, a try with another one: "42, but since that * mrspeaker got hn to allow only long comments, i must do some trolling here to match minimum character restriction"

if i want to make a two char comment or even a 2000 character comment, pls let me decide!

kissmd··on Ask HN: Would an HN comment length minimum improve quality?
short.....................long?
kissmd··on Offer HN: Anyone want fastga.me?
i could use it for my next game.

what are your terms?

kissmd··on Space: A whitespace alternative to JSON
what about arrays? what if i paste this in a html and you want to copy it? all your spaces will be stripped.

nice thought anyway.

kissmd··on Ask HN: What do you use to write requirements/specs?
confluence + gliffy. this combo has everything for a logical spec with great authorisation levels. one space / project.

with atlassians 10$ move its almost free for small teams.

kissmd··on Seriously: what's the "next big thing" in tech?
the future is always among us. just see around! the correct answer is:

space

kissmd··on Ask HN: How to create my first API?
first X? it will be shit. get used to it.

do it, use it, learn, evolve.

it doesnt matter how much do you read about.

kissmd··on Ask HN: User Signup As a Service services out there?
u mean something like http://launchrock.com/?
kissmd··on Ask HN: How do you juggle multiple side projects?
i have personal limit for maximum 3 active projects at the same time:

- work: regular 8hour work to earn money

- workdays side project: i do this before and after the regular work (1-4 hours per day), on workdays only. (usually a "may get rich" project)

- weekend side project: on sat and sun, only. (usually a fun/charity project)

the rules are strict:

no work on projects not scheduled on that day.

not even think about the other projects.

no more than the three active projects. if a project wants to start it has to wait until the active finishes or the active must be cancelled (not suspended).

thees few rules allow me to have side projects and enough time to complete each. and guarantees that only the best projects get the spare resource: me.

kissmd··on Ask HN: How will you remember 12-12-12 forever?
i will handle this special day as... the first day of the rest of my life!
kissmd··on We have added file uploads to simple form - Build simple web forms
you should update the start page: "Simple Form allows you to setup forms with any kind of data (other than file uploads)"
kissmd··on Ask HN: Please review my online map builder Mashupforge
cool stuff, how did you do it? wich tools did u use? how much time takes to build such a nice mapping page?
kissmd··on Quadrant - a new software development methodology for the 21st century
nonono... this is real! i've worked over a year with this methodology. the biggest problem we had: we were a team of 5 developers and the room had only four corners! a real shame...

can anyone suggest a solution for this, pls?
