juki··on Teenager's sickle cell reversed using a treatment to change his DNA
There are tests that don't use a standard deviation of 15. Feynman might have done, for example, the Cattell Culture Fair Intelligence Test[1], which has a standard deviation of 24.

juki··on Optimal Emacs Settings for Org-Mode for Literate Programming in Clojure
You don't necessarily have to push all files into the global agenda. Instead, you can set `org-agenda-custom-commands` to something like

  '(("p" "Some project"
     ((alltodo ""))
     ((org-agenda-files '("path/to/file.org"
                          "path/to/another.org"))))
    ("o" "Another project"
     ((alltodo ""))
     ((org-agenda-files '("another/project/file.org")))))
Now using `M-x org-agenda p` will give you a todo list for the first project, and `M-x org-agenda o` for the second project.
juki··on Why Europe Is Warning of Pax Americana's End
Sweden doesn't have a border with Russia. Also, as a Finn, I highly doubt Russia would attack Finland. We have a relatively good relationship with them, and such a war would be very costly with nothing to be gained. If there was a larger conflict in Europe, Russia might try to invade Åland or Gotland, but that also sounds unlikely to happen.
juki··on Democracy Index 2016
Looking at the data in Wikipedia[1], USA seems to be getting low scores for "Functioning of government" and "Political participation".

Also notice that the US score only fell from 8.05 to 7.98 [2] from last year, so the difference isn't that big. It was barely in the top category (8+) to begin with.

juki··on US Announces Withdrawal from TPP
Wikipedia says Mickey Mouse was created by Walt Disney and Ub Iwerks. Walt Disney died in 1966, but Ub Iwerks only died in 1971, so wouldn't it still be a few more years before that 50 years after death runs out?

As an Emacs user, why not use magit? Staging, committing and pushing would be just a few key presses ('C-x g S c c <write message and C-c C-c> p P' assuming magit bound to 'C-x g'). You also get to view the status and diffs along the way.
