We used an always-on-video solution (the now dead Sqwiggle) in a past startup. It all went relatively well until one day, the wife of one of your coworkers, walked naked in the background. His webcam/laptop froze at that moment and a picture of his naked wife stayed up for about 5 mins.

That was the last time we used that app. Just something to take into account.

Given how tightly coupled is Dark with its IDE and deployment environment, I'm interested in knowing how much VC money have they taken? What if they get acquired or simply shut down?

It looks like there won't be a migration path, and you'll need to rewrite your app from scratch using a different language. Again, it would be nice some transparency around how much VC money they've taken.

Second handed Aeron. Also, no matter how good the chair is, you'll need to take breaks, get up and walk around every now and then. We're animals that require motion. Our bodies have simply not evolved to be sitting for long periods of time.

Finally, your chair is not the only component in being comfortable. I recently discovered that my knee pain was because my setup wasn't fined-tuned to my height. This website[1] helped me to tweak my setup and now the knee pain is gone.

You can generate a pronouceable password based on dictionary words for such cases and get something that you can say over the phone like `leaf-auto-drunk-horse-zebra`. This is supported by any modern password manager.

Sleeping has a huge impact in procrastination. The lack of sleep translates into an hyperactive amygdala (which has a big influence in processing emotions and impulses) and an under-active frontal cortex (which influences our rational thinking, etc) [1]

According to my experience, a good night of sleep is the best cure for procrastination, sadly, our current society don't optimize for sleeping well.
