The main reasons I'd personally pick WASM-4 over TIC-80 would be touchscreen controller support, more complete documentation, and better performance on resource constrained devices. (WASM-4 can run on the ESP32 and Nintendo DS, while TIC-80 struggles on the significantly more powerful 3DS.)
Brogue is somewhat minimalist and very tightly designed. The design of every item, monster, and dungeon in the game is inextricably interwoven into a cohesive whole. It evokes very similar feelings to Rogue while also doing its own thing. Less "continued development of Rogue" and more "Unofficial sequel."
In the traditional category, Switch has Shiren 5 and 6, Jupiter Hell, and Tanglewood. Maybe Dragon Fang Z and Void Terrarium, haven't played them. Crown Trick and Crypt of the Necrodancer/Cadence of Hyrule straddle the gap, not quite traditional and not quite "lite."
...and that's about the extent of it. A lot of traditional roguelikes are hobby projects without widespread commercial appeal that never make off PC. Meanwhile, there are hundreds of quality roguelites on Switch.
I've had a small sound latency issue forever; most visible with YouTube videos, the first half-second of every video is silent.
I picked this card up for about $120 less than the GTX 4060. Wasn't a terrible decision.

Yeah, it takes some screwing around, but programming extremely specific features just the way you want them is peak WezTerm experience.
Most folks are already signed in with a Microsoft Account, thanks to years intensifying setup shenanigans. It's very hard to create a local-only user on initial boot.
This isn't a case of "we were too ambitious and had to cut things." This is a case of repeatedly promising outlandishly ambitious things in press appearances which were never on any internal development roadmaps.

If you want to work offline, I've heard of folks carrying around a small "sidecar" computer the iPad connects to via USB or bluetooth. Rui Carmo has a [description of his setup here](https://taoofmac.com/space/blog/2023/09/09/1820).
The initial rejected UTM submission had no JIT compilation.
