This is a bit of a guess since this kind of security research is but a hobby to me, but if with reviews you cannot publicly post your results after they're fixed, the best way to build a portfolio would be public bounty programs. And without a good portfolio, you don't get hired for reviews.

I might be in a bit of a bubble here (Porto Alegre), but all my friends except for one who's a tinfoil-on-head privacy nut use PicPay. Even more hipster-y restaurants/bars are starting to accept payment over it.

Anecdotal evidence, I know, but lacking proper studies...

Sometimes, when analyzing bias, it's more important to pay attention to what isn't said, but to what isn't ever mentioned.

For example, it's easy to be factual and accurate when you can pick subjects that don't touch anything in a list of sensitive spots.

Another thing to keep in mind is the intended audience. If they don't expect more than, say, 0.1% of the Chinese population to watch that content, they might relax the censors. There are half a dozen cases of Brazilian rock records sung in English where the international version wasn't censored, but he Brazilian version was very tamed down.

I will admit that I haven't watched their content, though, so feel free to give a rebuttal.

As a tiny add-on to this: In America most flour is ground WAY thinner than in the rest of the world. This includes gluten-free flours and means you will (probably) need a bit more flour than the recipe says. Inter-continental baking is an adventure.
jalbertoni··on Lycos is still around and its search is pretty good
Read it as one would read italics. It helps, most of the time. Unless the person is really cuckoo, then it just makes it sillier.
